7:00 am, are you ready to find out why the Mekong Delta is an amazing place to visit?

Get back to nature in the Mekong Delta

Our minivan and professional tour guide will pick you up at your hotel to explore this piece of heaven!

What a wonderful day to get rid of the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and get back to nature. Only located 2 hours away from Ho Chi Minh City, there is a piece of heaven you can’t miss to visit.

9:00 am arrive at the coconut candy and rice popcorn homemade

Start your morning excursion on An Binh Island

Arrive at Cai Be boat station and embark to start your morning excursion. Travel along the second biggest river in the Mekong Delta: Tien River, then take a smaller wooden boat to enjoy the beautiful small canals full of mangrove and coconut trees growing peacefully on the riverbanks. After this amazing cruise, you will slowly arrive at An Binh, a little Island near Vinh Long City.

There, you will visit a traditional coconut candy workshop and rice popcorn workshop where they are holding traditional family techniques to produce their goods and trade them on local markets.

Of course, you will also have to opportunity to taste those products right at the production lines along with a Vietnamese coffee or tea! Yummy!

Don’t miss a little visit to a small fruit orchard where you will have the opportunity to taste lots of delicious fresh tropical fruits from Mekthe ong Delta.

1:00 pm, Time to experience the daily life of people living on this island for many generations

After a typical lunch served by a local family in a lovely homestay, you will take an Amazing Cycling Trip around the Island to get to know more about local people’s lives!

3:00 pm, end your wonderful tour and get back to Ho Chi Minh City around 6 pm (depending on the traffic).

The minivan transports you back to Sai Gon. The travel distance from Vinh Long to Saigon is around 120km which takes you almost 3 hours to reach there depending on the traffic. What an unforgettable experience!
